SMS Policy

This policy explains how FoundersFleet, operated by Eight Bit Studios, LLC, uses SMS (text messaging) to communicate with members.

When We Send SMS

If FoundersFleet sends SMS messages, it will only be for the following purposes:

• Security alerts — notifications about unusual activity on your account.
• Critical platform notifications — time-sensitive updates such as a squad invitation or a change to your account status. These are sent sparingly — no more than 4 per month.

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. SMS messaging is not currently active — this policy is published in advance of any future implementation.

Consent

If you provide a phone number and SMS is enabled, you consent to receive the messages described above. You can opt out at any time.

How to Opt Out

To stop receiving SMS messages from FoundersFleet, reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent to that number.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. FoundersFleet does not charge for SMS messages on our end.

Supported Carriers

SMS is available on all major US carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers or in all regions.
